Where we ship

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. We can't ship to Svalbard or Jan Mayen.

Want to order and we don't ship to your country? Send us an email at hello@smrmerch.com and let us know where you live. We can't promise anything, but if we have enough demand from new markets, we will look at expanding.

Production time

Each item is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (embroidered items can take up to 7). Your order then ships from the Printful facility closest to you (US, EU, UK, Australia or Japan), so one order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Australia: 3–8 business days
New Zealand: 5–12 business days
United States: 3–8 business days
United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
European Union: 4–10 business days

These are estimates. Shipping times are subject to change. We make every effort to keep them up to date, but we can't guarantee they're current. Carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can add time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and include a phone number, because couriers and customs use it.

Import duties and taxes

Australia: GST is included in the price at checkout. There are no charges on delivery.
New Zealand: 15% GST is collected at checkout. There are no charges on delivery for orders under NZ$1,000.
United Kingdom: UK VAT is collected at checkout on orders of £135 or less (goods value), and there are no charges on delivery. For orders over £135 sent from outside the UK, the carrier may collect VAT and duty on delivery.
European Union: EU VAT is collected at checkout on orders of €150 or less (goods value). Items made in Printful's EU facilities have no import charges. For items sent into the EU from outside it, an EU customs duty of €3 per item applies (from 1 July 2026), and for orders over €150 the carrier may collect VAT and duty on delivery.
United States: US orders are made in US facilities wherever possible. Anything sent from outside the US ships Delivered Duty Paid, so there are no import charges on delivery. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Singapore: 9% GST is included in our prices for orders under S$400, with no charges on delivery. For orders of S$400 or more, Singapore Customs collects GST on delivery.
Hong Kong: No import tax or duty.
Norway: Norwegian VAT (VOEC) is included in our prices, with no charges on delivery.
Philippines: No import duty or VAT on orders up to PHP 10,000 in goods value, but a small customs processing or carrier fee may be collected on delivery. Above that, customs may charge duty and VAT on delivery, paid by the buyer.
Israel: No charges on delivery for goods up to US$75 (shipping not counted). Above that, Israeli customs charges 18% VAT on the full value of the goods, paid by the buyer, and the carrier may add a handling fee.
United Arab Emirates: 5% import VAT is usually collected on delivery, even on small orders, and the carrier may add a handling fee. Customs duty also applies to orders over AED 1,000. All of this is paid by the buyer.

While we do our best to ensure this page is up to date and accurate, import rules change often and vary by country. Please check your local customs requirements before ordering, as any duties or taxes are your responsibility.
